TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Service Agreement

1.1. Sparkling water carpet cleaning (referred to as “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) agrees to provide cleaning services to the client (referred to as “Client,” “You,” or “Your”) as described in the cleaning service agreement.

1.2. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the cleaning requirements and the property to be serviced.

2. Service Description

2.1. The Company will perform cleaning services as described in the cleaning service agreement. Any additional or specialized services beyond the standard scope may be subject to additional charges.

2.2. The Company will use reasonable efforts to meet the scheduled cleaning dates and times. However, we do not guarantee an exact arrival time due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.3 There is no guarantee  all stains will be removed this is due to the situation of the carpet & upholstery state.

2.4. After second floor without a lift an additional charge of £10 per floor will be applied.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. The Client agrees to pay for the cleaning services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified in the cleaning service agreement.

3.2. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.3. Any additional payment may be added such as Congestion Charge. Or failure to provide parking, if so parking charges will be added to the invoice.

3.4 A minimum call out charge is £65. if you request a service which is less you will be charged the minimum call out.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. The Client should provide a minimum of 48 hours of notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client in advance.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. The Company carries liability insurance to cover potential damages to your property caused by our employees during the cleaning service.

5.2. The Client agrees to promptly notify the Company of any damage or loss that occurs during or as a result of the cleaning service within 24 hours.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information, including personal, financial, or business-related information, obtained during the course of providing or receiving cleaning services.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the cleaning service agreement with written notice. The Client agrees to compensate the Company for services provided up to the termination date.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. In the event of a dispute between the Company and the Client, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any legal disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts or legal forums in this jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to the Client. Continued use of our services after the notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By accepting our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
